Dub FX (real name Benjamin Stanford) is a worldwide street performer and recording artist from Melbourne, Australia. He creates intricate reggae, hip hop, jazz and drum and bass rhythms and has been a firm fixture on the festival scene for years now with his formidable live performances.

He started his career as a street performer renowned for pioneering heavy electronic dub style beats on the streets using only his voice and a loop station. The Youtube upload of him performing ‘Love Someone’ on the streets of Bristol went viral and currently has over 30 million views.

He’s become known for creating intricate and impressive tracks entirely on his own, using various vocal methods and recording them into devices used for looping and effecting sound, Dub FX can manipulate his voice in incredible ways, creating a layered soundscape in front of the audience.

He’s travelled the globe collaborating with world renown artists including Capleton, Horace Andy, Jah 9, G Ras and Kabaka Pyramid.
